This week is all about Commandments and Communion. In Exodus Chapter 20, God lays out his heart and his priorities for those he calls his own. In short, he tells us straight out how to live in relationship with him and with each other. He gives us his top ten – the Ten Commandments – and he doesn’t pull any punches. And when we flip to the New Testament, we’ll see that Jesus didn’t pull any punches when he laid out an invitation to Communion for sinners everywhere. This is for you.
