How do you really get to know Jesus? We all have ideas about God and how he works in our lives. Some are true, but many are false. Author James Bryan Smith believes those thoughts determine not only who we are, but how we live.
In our spring women's study using Smith's book The Good and Beautiful God, we'll learn how to deepen our relationship with Jesus through spiritual practices and confronting false ideas about God. Together we'll put our ideas to the test to see if they match up with what Jesus himself reveals about God. From there, we'll explore a process of spiritual growth that includes specific activities aimed at making the truth of God real — in our bodies and souls as well as our minds.
