Making Space for Advent

Adults

Advent is a 4-week period in the life of the Church that invites us to slow down and prepare our hearts for Christmas. Rooted in centuries of Christian tradition, Advent is marked by waiting—for the birth of Jesus and for his promised return.

We invite you to discover how Advent can shape the way you experience the Christmas season by joining a 3-week class with space for learning, reflection, conversation, and community as we explore the meaning and practices of Advent. Together, we’ll consider what it means to wait with joy, hope, peace and love, and prepare for Christ’s arrival.

This is an opportunity to slow down in a busy time of year, be present with others, and experience the season with greater intention and anticipation.
