Knowing the Holy Spirit

Before Jesus ascended to the Father, he promised that the Holy Spirit would come as our advocate, helper, and comforter. Yet for many Christians, the Holy Spirit remains misunderstood, overlooked, or difficult to know. In this 4-week class, we'll explore who the Holy Spirit is, his role throughout the story of Scripture, and how he continues to work in the lives of Jesus' followers today. Together, we'll develop a deeper biblical understanding of the Spirit and discover how he empowers, transforms, and leads God's people.
