Something's missing. It only takes a quick glance at the spiritual landscape to see that 21st century Christianity is a lot different than First century Christianity. The life-changing, culture-shaping influence of the church just isn't what it used to be nor is it what it could be. We wonder why our faith seems stagnant. We question the lack of loving, caring community. Deep down, we desire a greater purpose that always seems just out of our reach. Yes, something is missing. And throughout this important series we're going to unpack what that is and what it will take to get it back.
In life, we sometimes get so focused on the future, looking ahead to what's next, that we forget to stop and look back on all that God has done.
