Kids ages 6-12
There’s no such thing as a perfect family. Still, it can be hard for kids to accept when their family is different than they wish it was — whether it feels too big, too small, too perfect or not perfect enough. Compass is a place for kids ages 6-12 to discover that all families face challenges and to explore how every family member has an important contribution to make, even kids!!
Families come in all shapes, sizes and situations. We want to help kids appreciate what's good about their family right now, right where and how it is. Through fun activities, relevant teaching, and small group interaction, kids learn foundational truths and valuable skills that they need to navigate many life circumstances.
